Air model installation:
1. Open the air mold product from the packaging bag and lay it flat on the ground to be placed. First, check whether the air model product is damaged and pull the zipper cover to death. (Generally, the zipper cover is located at the bottom of the air model product, and for other special shapes, there will be a zipper cover at the top). At the same time, sandbags filled with sand are placed at the four corners of the air model. At the same time, untie the pull rope on the gas model product.
2. Connect the wires, and connect the wires according to the appropriate position. Generally, the fans of air mold products are all 220V, and the normal power consumption voltage is appropriate.
3. Connect the fan pipe of the gas model product to the fan and connect the power supply. At the same time, two normal people (the bigger the air model, the more people are needed) hold the pull rope on both sides of the air model to prevent it from shaking left and right when the air model is inflated and squeezed by the wind or the air model product itself, thus ensuring the air model to stand in an orderly manner.
4. When the inflation is completed and the air model product is standing saturated, open the zipper cover again, and increase or move the sandbags according to the actual situation to achieve more stable air model.
5. After determining the stability of the air model product, stabilize the pull rope at the fixed point, so as to ensure that the air model product is more stable.
Precautions:
1. In order to care for the air model products to a greater extent, please pre-lay some expensive carpets on the ground before installing the inflatable, so as to isolate the sand or the ground from the wear of the air model products to a greater extent.
2. Do not turn off the power after the gas mold product is inflated. There must be no sundries at the air inlet of the fan, so as not to get involved and cause damage to the fan. Check the usage frequently. If the fan is abnormal, stop the machine immediately to check the reason, and then use it after troubleshooting.
When moving the gas model product, it is forbidden to pull the bottom of the gas model. In order to avoid adding more unnecessary wear, when moving the gas model product again, if the gas model is too heavy, many people can lift it and move it together, or take out the sandbags inside and then move the product.
3. When the gas mold products are placed outdoors for a long time, it is forbidden to inflate them for a long time day and night. When temporarily putting away the air model products, open the zipper cover, let the air model products deflate by themselves, and avoid forcibly squeezing the air model products to achieve the purpose of rapid deflation. After deflation, please cover the sandbags on the air model products, and ensure that the huge air model products do not scrape against obstacles such as roads or other fences.
4. The pneumatic model is an inflatable model, which is easy to tear and has relatively low stability. Therefore, in the case of strong wind and heavy rain, do not inflate it. The bigger the air model, the greater the influence of wind and external factors. Inflatable articles with a height of more than 10 meters shall not be charged or discharged above level 5 wind.
Air mold is an inflatable product. Please keep away from sharp objects when using air mold products. The stability of the air mold is basically based on sandbags, and other sharp objects should not be used to replace it. For example: stones, iron frames and so on.
