And this time, we brought a gentle, sea wind rendezvous, for this summer IP.
To align with the summer pop-up event, the brand hoped to break the boundaries of conventional display, and make an unprecedented attempt — to turn this cute surfing girl IP into two giant inflatables with different postures, turning this little girl, from a tiny pattern, into a coolness that could embrace the entire business district, letting this summer warmth, crash into everyone's heart, in Beilun's sea wind.
Scaling a tiny IP pattern into a several-meter giant inflatable, the greatest challenge was never the size expansion, but the restoration of postures and details. The charm of this IP lies in those agile postures, and in those summer details. Do it wrong, and the entire image would lose its original soul.
We polished and refined the IP design draft over and over again, spending half a month just adjusting the structural plans for different postures:
We also achieved the ultimate in details: the blushing cheeks, we did precise printing, so that after scaling up, it was still exactly the same as the original. The red and white stripes on the swimsuit, we also did precise positioning, the size and position of each one, were completely consistent with the IP design. Even the little yellow camera in her hand, and the sunglasses on her face, we did precise restoration, they were still clearly visible after scaling up, just like we directly scaled up the IP, without any distortion.
These two fluffy little girls were never ordinary installations. They were the coolness coordinate of the entire business district, turning the summer heat, into soft, fluffy sea wind.
In the Intime business district, they caught everyone's attention in an instant. Passing shoppers couldn't help but stop, taking photos with these cute giants, storing this summer coolness into their albums. They were just like little girls running out of the IP world, using their own fluffiness, softening the entire business district's atmosphere. Even hurried passers-by, the moment they saw them, couldn't help but break into a smile, couldn't help but want to get close, to touch this softness.
Many people traveled all the way to Beilun Intime just for them, just to take photos with these summer inflatables, sharing this coolness on their social media. During the event, they became a viral check-in spot on local Xiaohongshu. In just a few days, related check-in posts flooded the feed, becoming the hottest coolness topic of the city this summer, everyone was saying, this surfing girl inflatable is just too cute!
This time, we broke the boundaries of conventional inflatables, and made two custom inflatables with different postures. Before this, everyone's impression of inflatables was the conventional standing posture, but we, wanted to bring everyone a different form, a different coolness.

This time, from our design workshop, to the Intime business district in Beilun, we completed a brand new custom deployment: from the early-stage posture attempt, to fabric and structure debugging in the production phase, to on-site installation, we took full control of the entire process. We solved all the problems of different posture inflatables, letting this brand new attempt, perfectly present in front of everyone, without any loss, turning the brand's creativity, into the sea wind warmth that everyone can touch.
